From little things, big things grow.

Nick and Jules Wilson first imagined planting olives while visiting the Chianti region of Italy in 2000. Likening the Tuscan climate to central western New South Wales, we decided to undertake a small planting of olive trees at our farm ‘Wandinong’ in Narromine in 2007.

Our first groves consisted of picual and frantoio olive varieties, followed by plantings of hojiblanca and coratina in our younger groves. These varieties offer exceptional fruit quality and yield, with beautifully diverse and rich flavours.

Family is at the heart of Wilson Family Olives.

From those early years to now, family members of all ages have played a significant role in planting, watering, pruning and caring for our trees and, as our trees (and family) have grown, it has generally been a case of ‘all hands on deck’ at the key times throughout the year - especially harvest!

We definitely could not have built Wilson Family Olives without our four kids (Isabel, Eloise, Jack and Pete), our dads (Bob and John), our loyal cattle dogs and a great network of family, friends and community.

Working with (and for) family - both the family we were born into and ‘family’ that joins us along the way - is what makes all we do worthwhile. It’s this spirit of family that is captured in everything we produce. And we extend this to you.

Our philosophy is simple.

Our family aims to produce fresh, premium quality extra virgin olive oil while caring for our trees, our land and the climate.

And for your family, we want you to experience great Australian olive oil from our groves, enjoying the health benefits and good food associated with just the juice.

Fresh, healthy and delicious; we are proud to deliver award-winning and sustainably grown extra virgin olive oil from our trees to your plate; our family to yours.
